AdmitNurse is a digital service. Access to the question bank, tests and tutor starts the moment your payment is confirmed. Because delivery is immediate, purchases are final and are not refundable. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14-day right for EU consumers) lapses once delivery has begun.

When we do refund

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using the service and we cannot fix it within 2 business days of your email, we refund the purchase in full. Duplicate charges are refunded automatically when we detect them, and always on request. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
