1. Who we are

AdmitNurse is operated by FUTIA (Miraç Eroğlu), Enschede, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration no. 99421771. Contact: info@futia.io.

2. What you buy

A digital practice product for nursing school entrance exams: original practice questions with explanations, timed section tests, a missed-questions review, progress statistics and an AI tutor with a daily message allowance. Access is granted to one personal account and is not transferable.

Questions and explanations are written with AI assistance and pass an automated multi-model verification step before release. Individual items may still contain errors; if you find one, report it from the question screen and we will fix or remove it.

3. Price, payment and access

The price is shown in US dollars on the pricing page and at checkout, including any applicable tax. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe with 3-D Secure; card details are never stored on our servers. Access opens immediately after payment and lasts for the period stated at checkout.

4. No guarantee of exam results or admission

We do not guarantee any score, a passing result or admission to any program. Practice improves readiness, but results depend on you and on your school's requirements.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or share the content or your account. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. We may update content, features and these terms; material changes are announced on this page.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Consumers keep any mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
