Paid, but cannot get in?
The usual cause is a typo in the email address typed at checkout, which means the login link went somewhere that does not exist. You can fix that yourself right here in under a minute. Nothing about your purchase or your access changes.
Still stuck, or the reference is not recognised? Use the support form and include the reference, the amount and the date of the payment. Replies come from a person, not a bot.
Other reasons a login can fail
Login links are single use. Request a fresh one from the log in page with the email on the account.
Search your mailbox for the sender rather than scrolling the inbox, and mark it as not spam so the next one lands properly.
Guest checkout does not create a password. Open the account page from a login link and set one, then you can log in from any device.
Frequently asked questions
I paid but never got the email. What do I do?
First check the spam folder and search for the sender address. If it is genuinely not there, the most common cause is a typo in the email you typed at checkout. Use the form on this page to correct it yourself with your payment reference.
Where do I find my payment reference?
It is in the receipt Stripe emailed you when the payment went through. It starts with pi_ or cs_ and is a long string of letters and numbers. Copy the whole thing.
Why do you ask for the amount as well?
Because a reference on its own could be read over someone shoulder. Matching the exact amount charged makes sure the person changing the email is the person who paid.
Why do you not ask for my card number?
We never store card numbers or the last four digits; the payment processor holds all of that. Asking for something we do not have would be theatre, so we verify with the reference and amount instead.
Does this change my access or my plan?
No. It only changes the email address on the account and sends a fresh login link. Your purchase, your access period and your progress stay exactly as they are.
What if the reference is not found?
Use the support form and include the reference, the amount and the date. A person will look it up and reply. This happens when a payment is still settling or when the reference was copied incompletely.
