1. Controller

FUTIA (Miraç Eroğlu), Enschede, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration no. 99421771, email info@futia.io, is the data controller for this website.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account data (email, password hash, name if you give it): to create and secure your account and to send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets.
  • Study data (answers, timing, scores, AI tutor messages): to run the product features you use, such as statistics, the missed-questions review and personalized tutoring.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive a payment reference, amount and status, never your full card number.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed): for security, error diagnosis and aggregate analytics.
  • Marketing measurement: if you arrived from an ad, we record the campaign parameters (UTM) and, with your consent where required, the Meta pixel and server events record purchases so we can measure ads. You can block third-party cookies in your browser.

3. Legal bases

Performance of the contract (account, product, payment), our legitimate interest (security, analytics, fraud prevention) and your consent (marketing cookies where required).

4. Processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Meta Platforms (ad measurement), our hosting provider in the EU, and the AI model providers that process tutor messages and question drafts. Data may be processed in the United States under standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Account and study data are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing by emailing info@futia.io. EU residents may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep you logged in. Measurement cookies (Meta pixel) are optional and only set as described above.

8. Children

The service is intended for adults preparing for nursing school admission. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
