Immediately after payment, we send a one-click login link to your email. If you purchased without signing up, your account will be automatically created, no password needed. You can set a password for yourself anytime from the My account page; for subsequent logins, you can use your email and password.

On the Log in page, enter your email in the "Don't have a password?" section, and we'll send you a new login link. The link will only go to your inbox.

One-time payment. You get unlimited access to the exam plan you purchased.

No, both are included in the plan price. The AI tutor works with a quota of 40 messages per day, and the weekly practice test is renewed every Monday.

A single exam plan covers only the exam you selected. If you are preparing for multiple exams, the All Exams plan unlocks all nine exams.

Mark the question using the report button on the practice screen; the notification goes directly to the admin panel and the question is reviewed. Verified errors are removed from the pool.

First, check your payment confirmation email. If access isn't granted within a few minutes, write to us using the email address you used for payment via the form below; we will manually check and activate your account.

Since it's digital content, the withdrawal provisions in the distance sales agreement apply. If there's a technical issue like access not being granted, we first resolve it; if it cannot be resolved, a refund is issued. For details, you can refer to the Distance Sales Agreement page.

The questions in the pool are prepared according to past exam question patterns and have gone through a verification process. Every question has an explanation.

We usually respond to support requests on the same day. Payment and access issues are prioritized.
